You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, or request store credit or a refund. Just make sure the item is in good condition, with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals still intact.
Here’s how to start your return or exchange:
- Go to our Returns Portal: https://returns-exchanges.shapermint.com
- Enter your order number and ZIP code
- Select your preferred option: exchange, refund, or store credit
- We’ll send you a printable prepaid return label or QR code with simple instructions
- Once we receive your item, we’ll ship your new one (or process your refund/store credit).
Processing Fees for Refunds
To help cover handling and administrative costs, a $6 USD processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Good news:
- Exchange is free.
- No fees apply if you opt for store credit or are a Shapermint Club member.
*This fee does not apply to returns made under your legal right to cancel, where applicable by law (e.g., within 14 days in the UK or EU).
