How Do I Cancel My Club/ Club+ Membership? +
You can cancel anytime in just a few steps:
  1. Create or log into your account using the email address tied to your membership: Join Us HERE
  2. Click “Manage Membership”. On your active subscriptions, click on “Manage”. Scroll down and you will see the “Cancel Online” button.
What are Credits, and how do they work? +
Credits are a special benefit included with your Shapermint Club membership, designed to reward and engage loyal members.

Here’s how Credits work:
  • Each credit can be redeemed for $1 USD (or local equivalent, such as 1 AUD or 1 CAD) towards your order value and used immediately to purchase your favorite products. Apply your credits at checkout to save on your purchase.
  • Earn credits by staying subscribed, making purchases, and participating in loyalty activities

It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the Club—more rewards, more savings, just for you!
How do I request an Exchange, Return, or Store Credit?

We want you to love your essentials and your shopping experience. That’s why we offer easy, worry-free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery, as long as your item meets the conditions below.

What items can be returned or exchanged? Shapewear, bras, leggings, and panties that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals

What items can’t be returned?

  • Final Sale items
  • Opened or hygiene-sensitive items with:
    • Incomplete packaging, and missing hygiene seals.
    • Signs of wear or use
  • Gift cards and store credits

About Processing Fees: We charge a small $6 USD processing fee for refunds to help cover return handling.
But here’s the good news:

  • Your exchange is free
  • No fees if you pick store credit
  • Shapermint Club members? You're covered - no fees, ever
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item? We’ll fix it fast and free

*This fee does not apply to returns made under your legal right to cancel, where applicable by law (e.g., within 14 days in the UK or EU).
