  2. Click “Manage Membership”. On your active subscriptions, click on “Manage”. Scroll down and you will see the “Cancel Online” button.

  • Each credit can be redeemed for $1 USD (or local equivalent, such as 1 AUD or 1 CAD) towards your order value and used immediately to purchase your favorite products. Apply your credits at checkout to save on your purchase.

How do I request an Exchange, Return, or Store Credit?

  1. Go to http://shapermint.com/Exchanges-Returns.
  2. Enter your Shapermint Order Number (find it here) and Zip Code. If you are returning multiple items, submit one request for all items.
  3. Once submitted, we'll send you a printable prepaid return label or a QR Code that can be presented to USPS or a local post office and shipping instructions via email. *Please don't forget to check your inbox, spam, and junk folder.
  4. Once your exchanged items return to us, expect your new package in 2-3 business days via your original shipping method.
