We want you to love your fit—and your shopping experience. That’s why we offer easy, worry-free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery, as long as your item meets the conditions below.
What items can be returned or exchanged?
You can return or exchange the following items as long as they are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals fully intact:
- Shapewear
- Bras
- Leggings
- Panties
What items can’t be returned or exchanged?
To keep everyone safe and confident in their purchase, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

Processing Fees for Refunds
To help cover handling and administrative costs, a $6 USD processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Good news:
- Your exchange is free within 60 days
- No fees if you pick store credit
- Shapermint Club members: You’re covered — for 90 days, you have free exchanges and returns.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item? We’ll fix it fast and free.
*This fee does not apply to returns made under your legal right to cancel, where applicable by law (e.g., within 14 days in the UK or EU).
For International Customers
We process all refunds in USD, using the exchange rate available at the time we receive your return.
Please note that this reference rate may differ slightly from your local bank’s official rate.
If you’re located in the EU or UK, you may return your order within 14 days without a processing fee. After the 14-day period, our 60-day return policy applies, and the $6 fee will be deducted.
Received something damaged or incorrect?
No worries! Snap a photo and chat with our team through the bot. We’ll get it sorted with no fees for defects or fulfillment errors.
A Note on Store Credit
Store credit is always optional, and where required by law, you may request a refund instead.
Please note:
- Store credit is non-refundable
- It can’t be converted back to your original payment method
