That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with tags and hygiene seals intact), you’re good to go.
Here’s how to start your return or exchange:
- Go to our Returns Portal: https://returns-exchanges.shapermint.com
- Enter your order number and ZIP code
- Select your preferred option: exchange, refund, or store credit
- We’ll send you a printable prepaid return label or QR code with simple instructions
- Once we receive your item, we’ll ship your new one (or process your refund/store credit).
What items can be returned or exchanged?
- Shapewear, bras, leggings, and panties that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals
What items can’t be returned?
- Final Sale items
- Opened or hygiene-sensitive items with:
- Incomplete packaging
- Signs of wear or use
- Missing hygiene tags
- Gift cards and store credits
About Processing Fees
We charge a small $6 USD processing fee for refunds to help cover return handling.
But here’s the good news:

- No fees if you pick store credit
- Shapermint Club members? You're covered - no fees, ever
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item? We’ll fix it fast and free
*This fee does not apply to returns made under your legal right to cancel, where applicable by law (e.g., within 14 days in the UK or EU).
