That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with tags and hygiene seals intact), you’re good to go.

Here’s how to start your return or exchange:

1. Go to our Returns Portal: https://returns-exchanges.shapermint.com
2. Enter your order number and ZIP code
3. Select your preferred option: exchange, refund, or store credit
4. We’ll send you a printable prepaid return label or QR code with simple instructions
5. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship your new one (or process your refund/store credit).

What items can be returned or exchanged?

• Shapewear, bras, leggings, and panties that are:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals

What items can’t be returned?

• Final Sale items
  • Final Sale Policy: Items marked as Final Sale are offered at special reduced prices and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in rare cases. You’ll see these items clearly labeled on the site, cart, and checkout.
    This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Opened or hygiene-sensitive items with:
  • Incomplete packaging
  • Signs of wear or use
  • Missing hygiene tags
• Gift cards and store credits

About Processing Fees: A small $6 USD processing fee applies to refunds to help cover return handling. UK customers are exempt from this fee.

Fee-free options include:
• Exchanges
• Choosing store credit
• Being a Shapermint Club member - no fees, ever
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

*This fee does not apply to returns made under your legal right to cancel, where applicable by law (e.g., within 14 days in EU).
