How to Make a Return in 3 Easy Steps

- Enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.
- Choose whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2️⃣ Drop Off Items
- Show your QR Code at the specified drop off lcoation (no printing needed) OR
- Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package before dropping it off.
3️⃣ Get Your Exchange or Refund
- Once your return is received and reviewed, we will automatically process your request:
✔ If you chose an exchange, your new item will be shipped.
✔ If you opted for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method.
✔ If you selected store credit, you’ll receive a credit to use on future purchases.
