1. Log in and go to Manage Memberships in My Account to see your box and what is inside.
2. Want to keep some or none of it? You have 7 days from delivery to send back anything you do not want, free, using the prepaid label in the box.
3. Prefer to stop future boxes? Cancel Shapermint Club+ in the same place.

You are only charged for what you keep after the 7-day window, so returning in time means no charge for those items.
