First, a quick heads-up that can clear things up fast: a date shown in your account or emails around your box may be your billing date (about 45 days after your box shipped), not a second delivery — so it can look like a new delivery when it's really your payment date.
If your box truly hasn't arrived:
- Check around your property — mailbox, porch, and any secure spots a carrier might use.
- Review the tracking details for the delivery date and any proof of delivery.
