You can check the latest status yourself, anytime. The fastest way is in My Account, where your order history shows tracking for everything you have ordered.
- Log in to My Account.
- Open your order history.
- Select your order to see live tracking.
You can also track without logging in on the track your order page, using your order number and the email you used to order.
Good to know: tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery is usually 4 to 8 business days, priority about 4 business days, and express about 2 business days. International orders usually take 7 to 15 business days.
If your tracking says delivered but you do not have it, check around your doorstep and mailbox and ask anyone at home, then give it up to 24 hours since carriers sometimes scan early.
