How do I find my Shapermint order number?

Once you place your order successfully, you will receive a unique Shapermint order number starting with “SM”

There are three ways to find your Order Number:

  1. Check your email’s inbox or spam for the order confirmation.
  2. Create a Shapermint Account using the email address you provided at purchase. Find your order number under your Order History. 
  3.  For delivered packages, find it under the message field on your packing slip.
