If you didn’t intend to subscribe, don’t worry! You can manage or cancel your membership anytime (see below).

2. When and How Am I Charged?

After your trial, your membership automatically renews monthly/quarterly so you can continue enjoying the perks.

✅ We send a reminder email before the charge—check your inbox and spam folder.
✅ Your saved payment method is charged unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• 🇨🇦 Canada: $6.99 CAD per month (including taxes)
• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: £4.00 GBP per month
• 🇦🇺 Australia: $8.00 AUD per month
• 🇳🇿 New Zealand: $9.00 NZD per month
• 🇸🇬 Singapore: $7.00 SGD per month

3. How Do I Cancel My Membership?

You can cancel anytime, in just a few taps, right from My Account. No phone call needed.

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Go to Manage Memberships.
3. Select Shapermint Club, then choose cancel and follow the steps.

Please note that any unused credits will no longer be available after you cancel. Your perks stay active until your current period ends.

4. What does Shapermint Club include, and how much is it?

Shapermint Club makes your shopping experience more rewarding with exclusive VIP discounts, free shipping that saves $9.95 per order, free returns and exchanges for 90 days, member-only pricing and higher discounts, and member credits to use at checkout.

How you are billed depends on the offer you joined with. Either way, you are not charged during your free trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

Monthly, if you joined with the monthly billing (before tax, varies by local taxes):

• United States: $4.99 per month
• Canada: $6.99 CAD per month (incl. taxes)
• United Kingdom: GBP 4.00 per month
• Australia: $8.00 AUD per month
• New Zealand: $9.00 NZD per month
• Singapore: $7.00 SGD per month

Quarterly, if you joined with the 90-day quarterly billing: once your trial ends, your membership is billed every 3 months. In the US this works out to $4.99 a month billed quarterly, about $14.97 every 3 months, plus tax. Rates vary by region and local taxes.
