An Autoship order is all about convenience and savings. Once you opt-in, you'll save 60% on your selected product, and we'll automatically schedule it to be sent to you every 3 or 6 months based on your preference. Your credit card will be billed accordingly each cycle, and the product will be shipped directly to your home.
- When do I get charged for my Autoship order?
You’ll be charged every 3 or 6 months, depending on your selected frequency. The charge is made just before we process and fulfill your order. If there’s an issue with the charge, we'll try to process the payment a few more times before considering pausing or canceling the subscription.
- Do I have to get an Autoship order every 3 months (90 Days)?
Not at all! While every 3 months is an option, you can choose to have your Autoship orders arrive every 6 months, or even select the frequency that adjusts to your needs. You can customize this frequency by reaching out to our customer care agents, ensuring the schedule fits perfectly with your needs.
- Can I cancel an item from Autoship that’s being prepared?
Once an item is being prepared and the charge is processed, it cannot be canceled for that cycle. However, you can easily manage future orders or cancel the subscription with the help of a customer care agent.
- How do I cancel the Autoship order?
