What is Autoship and how does it work?

How do I manage my Autoship: swap, reschedule, skip, or cancel?

- You are in control of your Autoship in My Account. Open your Autoship, then choose what you need:
- Swap. Change the size or color of your item.
- Reschedule. Delay your next delivery by 1, 2, or 3 weeks.
- Skip. Skip your next order, as long as it has not started processing yet.
- Cancel. Cancel your Autoship subscription.
- Log in to My Account.
- Open Autoship, or go to Manage Memberships.
- Select your subscription, then choose swap, reschedule, skip, or cancel.

When am I charged for Autoship?

- You are charged at the start of each cycle, every 3 or 6 months depending on your schedule, just before we prepare and ship your order. We send a reminder first, so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder. Want to skip a cycle? You can skip in My Account as long as the order has not started processing yet.

Can I change the size or color of my Autoship?
- Yes, you can change the size, color, or even the item for your next delivery yourself, in just a few taps.
- Log in to My Account and go to Manage Memberships.
- Select Autoship, then choose Manage Subscription.
- Pick your new color and size. To choose a different item instead, select Swap product.
- Select Save Preferences.
- Your change applies to your next delivery.

How do I reschedule or delay my next Autoship delivery?
- Not ready for your next order yet? You can push it back in a few taps.
- Log in to My Account and go to Manage Memberships.
- Select Autoship, then choose Manage Subscription.
- Select Reschedule.
- Choose to delay by 1, 2, or 3 weeks, then select Save Changes.
- Your next delivery moves to the new date. You can do this as long as your order has not started processing yet.

How do I skip my next Autoship order?
- You can skip your next order so you are not charged for that cycle, as long as it has not started processing yet.
- Log in to My Account and go to Manage Memberships.
- Select Autoship, then choose Manage Subscription.
- Select Skip.
- Review the delivery date you are skipping, then select Yes, skip this order.
- Your subscription stays active, and your next order follows your usual schedule.

How do I cancel my Autoship subscription?
- You can cancel anytime, right from My Account. No phone call needed.
- Log in to My Account and go to Manage Memberships.
- Select Autoship, then choose Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the steps to confirm.

How do I return or exchange an Autoship item I already received?
- If an item you already received is not right, start your return from My Purchases, where your Autoship orders live, so we can pull up your subscription and the right options for it.
- Log in to My Account and go to My Purchases.
- Find your Autoship order and open it.
- Select the option to start a return or exchange.
- Follow the steps, and we will email you a prepaid label or QR code.
- Changing the size or color for your next delivery is different from returning an item you already have. To change your next one, use Manage Subscription instead.
