What does this mean for your order?
- Orders that are already routed to the facility may ship later than expected. Both OTS (on-time shipping) and OTD (on-time delivery) are expected to be impacted.
What are we doing to fix this?
- We are rerouting orders to fulfillment centers that are currently working without any problem in order to minimize disruption.
