Exchanges and returns are processed 2 to 3 business days after we receive the returned item.
Once we’ve confirmed that the item is already on its way back to our warehouse, your replacement item will be delivered through your original shipping method (see shipping methods here).
It only takes 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account. If you do not see the refund back in your account after 10 days, we recommend you contact your issuing bank first. Message us right away if your card issuer says that they don't see any refund.
