FOR US Customers:

- Our Returns page will open on a new window where you can enter your Shapermint Order Number (starts with "SM") and Zip Code. You can find your order number easily in your:
- email receipt
- packing slip's message field
- customer account page
- Fill out the questions we ask you there - we’ll mostly ask you what you wish to return, why you’re returning it and the sort.
- If you are returning multiple items, you can submit it in one single request only.
- Wait for your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions - you will receive a shipping label via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
- Download and print the shipping label and send the package with the label over to your local post.
- We’ll let you know once your return is being processed. See related article: How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
Please, do not send anything back without having your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions and our Returns Address. We will not accept unauthorized returns - especially when they won’t be able to get back to us! We will process your refund once we have received your returned item.
Here are our fundamental refund rules:
- Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after you ordered. Once this given time frame is over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.
- We charge a minimal refund fee of $6.95 for all returns which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for all exchange requests.
Shipping costs on your initial order are non-refundable. Once your item has been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!

For International Returns:
Currently, our return shipping label is a prepaid, pre-addressed postal return label for U.S domestic returns only and is yet to be available for orders shipped outside the U.S.
To request for refund or exchange on your international order, simply Contact Us within 30 days from your order date and we’ll make things right for you.
