Need to exchange something? Welcome to the wonderful world of shopping ;-) We’ve tried really hard to make our Exchange Process as hassle-free as possible, and are quite proud of what we’ve achieved. You can start your exchange process like this:
For US Customers:
- Go to https://returns-exchanges.shapermint.com
- Enter your Shapermint Order Number (starts with "SM" which can be found in your order confirmation email and your Shapermint Account) and Zip Code.
- Fill out the questions we ask you there - we’ll mostly ask you what you wish to return, why you’re returning it and the sort.
- If you are returning multiple items, submit the request ONCE.
- Wait for your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions - we’ll send them via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
- We’ll let you know once your new package is being shipped through your original shipping method. You can expect the entire process to take 2-3 business days.

Keep in mind we will only provide you with an Exchanges Address and/or Returns and Exchanges Code once we’re able to process your exchange, so don’t send anything our way until you do. We might not get it!
For International Returns:
Currently, our return shipping label is a prepaid, pre-addressed postal return label limited to U.S domestic returns and is yet to be available for orders shipped outside the U.S.
To request for refund or exchange on your international order, simply contact us within 30 days in this link and we’ll make things right for you.
