Need to return something? It’s ok - these things happen and we understand. Kick off the Return Process yourself with these easy steps:
FOR US Customers:
- Go to https://returns-exchanges.shapermint.com
- Enter your Shapermint Order Number (starts with "SM" which can be found in your order confirmation email and your Shapermint Account) and Zip Code.
- Fill out the questions we ask you there - we’ll mostly ask you what you wish to return, why you’re returning it and the sort.
- If you are returning multiple items, submit the request ONCE.
- Wait for your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions - we’ll send them via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
- We’ll let you know once your return is being processed. See related article: How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
Please, do not send anything back without having your Returns and Exchanges shipping instructions and our Returns Address. We will not accept unauthorized returns - especially when they won’t be able to get back to us!
For International Returns:
Currently, our return shipping label is a prepaid, pre-addressed postal return label limited to U.S domestic returns and is yet to be available for our international customers.
To request for refund or exchange on your international order, simply contact us within 30 days in this link and we’ll make things right for you.
