Processing hassle-free returns and free exchanges takes between 2 to 3 business days after we receive your item back.
If you’re looking for an exchange, you can expect to get your new item delivered through your original shipping method after processing.
If you’re worried about a refund, keep in mind that it can take within 5 to 10 business days to show up in your bank or credit card statement after being issued. Some banks also prefer to issue them on the next billing cycle. For peace of mind, you may contact your card issuer (the financial institution who provided you with your card) and inquire on the status of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account just one more time before contacting us - refunds sometimes take some time to be officially processed and appear on your account.
