If you haven’t received your order within your chosen delivery time (check delivery times), you can check the status of your order to make sure it was shipped accordingly.
In the table below, we explain each stage of delivery your order could be in and what you can do at that stage.
|Pre Shipment||Your order is being ready to be shipped out from the courier. If it has remained in this status for more than 4 business days, please contact us.|
|In Transit||Your order is on its way. Estimated delivery date can be seen when you check your Shapermint Account. You can also check it with the courier.|
|Not found||Tracking details are usually updated within 2 business days from the time you placed the order. If it has been more than that, please contact us.|

|Undelivered||It was attempted to be delivered but failed due to several reasons. Please contact the carrier for clarification. You can also contact us if you need assistance.|
|Pick Up||Search around your door for a notice of attempted delivery and get in touch with your local post. You can also contact us if you need assistance.|
