This sometimes happens when the shipping company hasn’t been able to deliver your order if we received a wrong address, or for other unknown reasons.
“Alert” status may be due to several reasons:
- Your order is being returned to the sender due to item refused by the addressee; incorrect or incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence; etc.
- Your order might be retained by the customs department due to tax payable, or any other unspecified reasons.
- Your order may have suffered damage or been lost during the transportation period.
