Once you’ve completed your Shapermint order, you’ll receive a "Thank You" email confirming it. And, once your payment is processed correctly, we’ll send a receipt your way with a unique Order ID (e.g. SM123456) and a list of all the items that you ordered. We’ll continue to let you know how your package is doing via email so make sure you keep an eye out for anything we send! Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it's not in your inbox.
