Once you’ve completed your Shapermint order, you’ll receive a "Thank You" email confirming it. And, once your payment is processed correctly, we’ll send a receipt your way with a unique Order ID (e.g. SM123456) and a list of all the items that you ordered. You can also check with your financial institution to confirm if you have already been charged.
Confirmation emails can take up to a couple of hours to get to you. If it’s not a matter of time, check your spam or junk mail folder in case it’s there. Remember to always add us to your safe list!
