If you haven’t yet received your tracking number, please get in touch with us. Keep in mind tracking numbers are sent once your package is shipped, and this might happen up to 3-4 business days AFTER your order is confirmed.
If you have your tracking number but get an error, this may be due to several reasons:
- The shipping company has not yet updated the most recent delivery information on their website.
- The tracking code is wrong.
- The package has already been delivered and the shipping company has removed it from its tracking code history.
If this is the case, please contact us ASAP. We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be informed once there is further information.
