We’ll happily allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when:
- The item you purchased did not fit
- The item you purchased is defective
- The item you purchased is incomplete
- The item you purchased is incorrect

Please do not return anything without letting us know first! We provide shipping labels for your own convenience.
As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:
- Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after you ordered. Once this given time frame is over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.
- We charge a minimal refund fee of $6.95 for all returns which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for all exchange requests.
- Shipping costs on your initial order are non-refundable. Once your item has been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!
Shapermint does reserve the right to deny any return or refund request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. Please, if there’s anything wrong with your order, give us a chance to make things right!
