The Try-On Period is a seven-day window starting from the delivery date of your items. During this period, it's your opportunity to assess your choices and ensure they meet your satisfaction. If there are items you wish to return, you can initiate the return process within these seven days.
Once the Try-On Period ends, if you haven't returned certain items, we will charge your credit card for the price of those items. This billing process occurs within 30 days from the conclusion of the Try-On Period.
In the event that you forget to return items within the 7-day Try-On Period and later decide to return them, please get in touch with the Customer Support Team. While we do have the right to charge your credit card for items not returned within the specified time frame, and the return may be at your expense, we may offer you a credit for future purchases. Your satisfaction is important to us, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or queries regarding the Try-On Period and billing for non-returned items.
